3. In-Game Currency & Top-Up Packages

   Kage Vault provides in-game currency and game top-up packages for supported games. Available packages, denominations, requirements, and supported options may differ depending on the game, region, platform, server, or other applicable conditions.

   • All purchases are fulfilled electronically and do not involve the shipment of physical goods
   • You are responsible for selecting the correct game, region, server where applicable, and providing the required player or account information
   • Available currency amounts and package options may differ between supported games
   • An order is considered fulfilled once the purchased in-game currency has been successfully delivered to the intended account or player information supplied with the order

4. Customer Responsibilities

   When placing an order or using any part of our website, you agree to:

   • Submit all information needed to process your order correctly
   • Carefully verify the selected game, region or server, player ID, account details, and purchase amount before payment
   • Protect your account credentials and keep your login information confidential
   • Use the website and purchased in-game currency only in accordance with applicable laws
   • Avoid fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, or unauthorized use of the website or services

5. Orders & Payment

   Orders are processed only after the required payment has been successfully completed. Kage Vault reserves the right to decline, cancel, or restrict an order where there are reasonable concerns involving fraud, unauthorized transactions, misuse, or other legitimate issues.

   • Payment must be successfully confirmed before an order can proceed
   • Payments are currently supported in Japanese Yen (¥JPY), US Dollars ($USD), and Malaysian Ringgit (RM MYR)
   • Payment transactions may be processed through independent third-party payment providers
   • You must ensure that the payment information submitted is correct and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method

6. Top-Up Delivery

   Once payment has been confirmed and the order has passed any required verification, Kage Vault will process the requested in-game currency for delivery using the game account or player information provided with the order.

   • Delivery timing can differ according to the selected game, currency package, payment confirmation, system availability, and other external circumstances
   • Certain orders may be completed shortly after payment confirmation, while others may require additional processing
   • You are responsible for ensuring that all game and account information submitted with the order is correct
   • Kage Vault is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer

7. Refund Conditions

   Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be considered in limited circumstances, including the following:

   • Payment was completed successfully but the purchased in-game currency was not delivered
   • The same order was charged more than once
   • The transaction is verified as unauthorized or fraudulent
   • A technical problem prevented the transaction from being completed and the purchased in-game currency was not delivered

   A refund will generally not be available in the following situations:

   • The purchased in-game currency has already been delivered successfully
   • Incorrect player ID, account ID, game, region, server, or other required information was submitted
   • The customer selected an incorrect currency package or denomination
   • The purchased in-game currency has already been used
   • The request is made solely because the customer changed their mind after successful delivery

   Refund requests remain subject to our Refund Policy. Additional information or transaction verification may be requested before a refund decision is made.

8. Checking Order Details

   Customers should carefully review their order information before submitting payment. Kage Vault processes orders using the information provided during checkout.

   • Orders are fulfilled according to the information submitted by the customer
   • Incorrect or missing information may cause delays or result in delivery to an unintended account
   • If you discover an error, you should contact us as soon as possible before the order has been processed

9. Third-Party & Game-Related Disclaimer

   Kage Vault operates independently and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game developer, publisher, gaming platform, or other third-party rights holder unless specifically stated otherwise.

   All game titles, trademarks, logos, characters, and other intellectual property associated with the supported games belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kage Vault shall not be responsible for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected with the use of our website or purchased game currency
    • Delays, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party game platforms, publishers, payment providers, or technical infrastructure
    • Losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer
    • Changes made by third parties to game systems, policies, pricing, availability, or requirements relating to in-game currency delivery

11. Suspension or Termination of Access

    Kage Vault may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate a user's access to the website or services where there is reasonable evidence of a violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or unauthorized activity, or misuse of the platform.

12. Website Ownership & Intellectual Property
